Terms of Service
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms set out the conditions for using the “Synchronized Countdown Support App” we provide (the “Service”). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Description of the Service)
The Service calculates and delivers an individual countdown for each user, based on their travel time, so that multiple users can arrive at a destination at the same time.
Article 3 (Plans and scope of use)
- The Service may be used within the one room issued according to the plan you signed up for.
- The Alliance Plan and the Commander Plan have no limit on the number of people or devices connecting within the same room.
- The Alliance Plan covers one alliance, and the Commander Plan covers up to three alliances. The console (Commander console), swap and withdraw, and operations across multiple alliances are available only on the Commander Plan.
- Personal plans (up to 6 devices at once), alliance plans, server plans, and seats purchased before September 24, 2026 continue under the terms at the time of purchase.
- Please use the Room ID and join code only within the team of the person who signed up.
Article 4 (Fees and payment)
- Users shall pay the monthly fee set for each plan. Customers who sign up on the English page are billed in US dollars.
- Payment is made by credit card, and payment processing is outsourced to Stripe, Inc. We do not hold card information.
- The first 14 days after signing up are a free trial, with no charge during this period. After the free trial ends, the first payment is charged.
- The subscription renews automatically every month. You will continue to be charged unless you cancel.
Article 5 (Cancellation)
Users may cancel anytime from the cancellation page (Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current free trial or paid period, and there will be no further charges. As a rule, we do not refund periods already paid for.
Article 6 (Prohibited acts)
- Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the Service
- Improperly sharing account information or the service URL with third parties
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Article 7 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)
We may change or suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice to users due to system maintenance, failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- Depending on the network environment and device condition, the timing displayed by the Service may contain errors. We do not guarantee the complete accuracy of the timing.
- We are not liable for any damage users suffer from using the Service, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
Article 9 (Handling of personal information)
We use personal information such as email addresses, obtained for payment and communication, only to provide the Service and to contact you. We do not provide it to third parties except as required by law.
The Service uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage data, which does not include information that identifies you personally. The collected data is managed under Google's Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises regarding the Service, the court with jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
